1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 398win ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 398win website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 398win platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.

398win is an online sports betting and gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. The platform offers Sports Betting (including Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports), Live Casino, Slots, Bingo and a Game Lobby. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to adults aged 18 and above.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 398win you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 398win.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 398win for a breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

398win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

By registering you confirm that online betting and gaming is not prohibited under any applicable law in your specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself on this point before registering. 398win makes no representation about the legality of its services in any particular location.

3 Account Rules

Each person may hold only one active account on 398win. If duplicate accounts are identified — regardless of whether different payment methods or personal details are used — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, including any bonus funds or pending winnings derived from bonus activity.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be treated as your own activity for the purposes of settlement, bonus eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

• Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current so that account alerts reach you.

398win reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals may be placed on hold. We aim to complete routine investigations within five business days and will communicate the outcome through your registered contact details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 398win are processed in PKR. The platform does not apply currency conversion to player balances. You deposit in PKR, your balance is held in PKR, and withdrawals are paid out in PKR directly to your chosen payment method.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. 398win does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in order of submission. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. Raast and Bank Transfer withdrawals are generally processed the same business day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance or when verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Funds originating from a specific deposit method will generally be returned to the same method where technically possible.
• 398win reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds that have been used to meet a bonus wagering requirement are subject to the withdrawal conditions of that specific bonus.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

If a deposit is made in error or a technical issue results in an incorrect credit to your account, 398win reserves the right to reverse the transaction. You must not use funds that you know to have been credited erroneously. Doing so may result in account suspension and recovery of the incorrectly credited amount.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 398win are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo or other games within the Game Lobby. Product-specific rules are published within each section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting: Pre-match and live in-play betting markets are available for Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football, Esports and other sports. Odds are updated in real time for live markets. Bets accepted at a quoted price are binding at that price unless a manifest error has occurred.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at 398win's discretion if the in-play feed did not reflect the live match state correctly at the time of placement.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required play is completed, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules published on the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors (also known as "palpable errors") will be voided. A palpable error is a price that is materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the relevant market.

Live Casino & Slots: Results are determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. All game results are final once the round is settled.

Bingo: Game rules and prize structures are displayed within the Bingo section. Tickets purchased for a specific game cannot be refunded once the game has started.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

398win offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These general platform Terms do not override the specific conditions attached to any individual bonus.

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a genuine account and meet the eligibility criteria stated for each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets are specified in each bonus offer.
• Only one bonus can typically be active on an account at any one time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• 398win reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively meeting the wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be given a reasonable period to complete the requirement.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns or exploitation of pricing errors in combination with bonus funds — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

398win takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adults who choose to bet for entertainment within a budget they have decided on in advance. If betting or gaming starts to feel less like entertainment and more like a financial necessity or a source of stress, it is time to use the tools available on the platform or step away entirely.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily or weekly PKR deposit cap in your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a cooling-off period before they come into force.
• Session Reminders: Set a time alert so you are notified when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or extended break from the platform through your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period your account will not be accessible and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Reality Check: The platform can display a summary of your activity — time spent and net outcome — to help you make informed decisions about continuing a session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 398win. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in Casino games or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or bonus eligibility.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent documents during verification.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any part of the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in match-fixing or using insider information in connection with any bet placed on 398win.

398win cooperates with relevant authorities where there is credible evidence of criminal activity connected to platform use. All accounts and transaction histories are retained in accordance with the platform's data retention policy.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 398win platform — including but not limited to the 398win name, logo, website design, odds feeds, game content, text, graphics and software — is the property of 398win or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any part of the platform's content without prior written permission.
• You must not frame, scrape or mirror the platform or any part of its content on another website or application.
• Any unauthorised use of 398win's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

398win provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occasionally affect platform availability.

• 398win is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connection issues on the player's side, or delays in live data feeds.
• 398win is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• In any event, 398win's total liability to any individual player for any single claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Betting and gaming involves risk. You may lose money that you deposit. 398win does not guarantee any return on bets placed and accepts no responsibility for betting decisions made by players. Always bet within your means.

11 Account Closure

You may close your 398win account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

398win may close or suspend any account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant).

On closure for a Terms breach, 398win reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived balances. Real-money deposits made in good faith will be returned after investigation unless they are subject to a regulatory hold or are connected to fraudulent activity.

12 Changes to These Terms

398win may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

If you continue to use the platform after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13 Contact & Disputes

If you have a question about these Terms, a concern about a bet settlement or any other issue with your account, the first step is to contact the 398win support team. The support team is available around the clock and aims to respond to all queries promptly.

For bet-related disputes, please provide your bet reference number, the event name and a clear description of the issue. Settlement disputes must be raised within seven days of the disputed settlement date. Disputes raised after this window may not be accepted.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with fair dealing principles. 398win's decisions on matters of bet settlement, bonus eligibility and account status are final once all relevant information has been reviewed and communicated to the player.
